| 2. We accept Credit card (subject to a 2% surcharge), Debit card and Cheques (subject to clearance before despatch, this can take up to 5 working days). With Postal Order payments goods will be dispatched next working day. With Paypal payments goods will be dispatched when payment is transferred into our business bank account from Paypal, this can take up to 5 working days but normally within 3 days. If you choose to pay with a Paypal E-cheque, clearance can take 8 to 10 working days to clear. Please bear the above in mind when choosing how to pay. |

| 4. Small items i.e graphics cards etc are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded delivery, larger items i.e laptops by ANC Express courier unless otherwise specified. |
| 5. Laptop Battery packs. Most of the laptops we supply are Ex – Corporate or refurbished. Therefore batteries are supplied untested with no guarantee as they are classed as a consumable item. Some will work well, some may not hold a charge. No guarantee is given or implied with battery pack’s unless otherwise stated in the description. |
